fermacell™ levelling compound

Lightweight. Sturdy. Durable.

The fermacell™ levelling fill is used to level uneven floors (up to 100 mm) in both existing and new buildings. The mineral granulate provides good sound, thermal and fire insulation, as well as high stability and load-bearing capacity.

fermacell™ honeycomb fill

Improves the sound insulation of timber-beamed ceilings

The fermacell™ honeycomb insulation system is specifically designed to improve the sound insulation of timber-beam ceilings. The fermacell™ screed honeycomb, made from environmentally friendly cardboard honeycombs in 30 or 60 mm thicknesses with integrated spill protection, is laid over the entire surface directly onto the sub-floor and then filled with fermacell™ honeycomb fill. fermacell® screed elements with wood fibre or mineral wool backing on the reverse side complement this structure and contribute further to impact sound insulation.

For large areas

The fermacell™ loose-fill binder is an elastic binder for fermacell™ honeycomb loose-fill insulation; as a further development of the fermacell™ honeycomb insulation system, it improves sound insulation, particularly in timber-beamed ceilings.

fermacell™ Bonded Loose-fill Insulation

When conventional levelling fill reaches its limits

The bound fermacell™ fill levels out significant differences in height (30–2000 mm) and is lightweight, strong and water-resistant. It is suitable for various types of ceilings and demanding areas such as public buildings or wet rooms. Installations can be integrated and secured at the same time. Ideal in combination with dry screed to improve sound and thermal insulation during renovations and refurbishments.

fermacell™ Bonded Loose-fill Insulation T

Also suitable for wet areas

The fermacell™ Bonded Loose-fill T is suitable for reduced fill heights ranging from 10 mm up to a maximum height of 2000 mm (in layers). In addition to providing good thermal insulation, it is also lightweight.

fermacell™ thermal insulation fill

Complete insulation of cavities

The fermacell™ loose-fill insulation is used to provide seamless insulation for cavities (e.g. in timber-beam ceilings or roofs). It is very light, vapour-permeable and non-combustible (A1) and can be used in both new builds and renovation projects.
