Gypsum fibreboard
fermacell® gypsum fibreboards are solid, homogeneous boards made from gypsum and paper fibres. They are designed for finishing systems subject to mechanical stress and are used in demanding drywall systems. Depending on the system configuration, they meet fire and sound insulation requirements and enable the creation of impact-resistant, durable finishes.
Firepanel A1
fermacell® Firepanel A1 is a further development of the original gypsum fibreboards: some of the paper fibres have been replaced by non-combustible mineral fibres. As a result, the board achieves an A1 classification (non-combustibility) whilst retaining the strength, stability and homogeneous structure typical of gypsum fibre boards.
Powerpanel H₂O
The cement-bound fermacell® Powerpanel H₂O lightweight concrete panels, with a sandwich structure and a reinforcing layer of alkali-resistant glass mesh on both sides, are designed for wall and ceiling structures subject to heavy use – indoors, particularly in areas with high moisture exposure, and outdoors for cladding exposed to the elements.
